‘Last corridor:’ How this developer pitched Dickerson Pike to out-of-town investors


When local developer Beau Fowler pitched Dickerson Pike to out-of-town investors, he called it the "last corridor" in Nashville’s urban core to be developed. Fowler sees the East Nashville area as one of the last opportunities to be at the forefront of developing a new neighborhood in the city, but he still sees pocket of opportunities in existing Nashville neighborhoods.
