Livestock association, international union may swap KC-KCK hometowns

A flurry of moves could see the International Brotherhood of Boilermakers leave their longtime home in Kansas City, Kan., for the other side of the state line and the Livestock Marketing Association headed — ultimately — to a major project in KCK.
