Longtime McDonald’s board member steps down, three new directors named


McDonald's Corporation has named three new members to its board of directors and announced the retirement of Sheila Penrose after 16 years on the board.

Penrose, who will step down Sept. 30, led the sustainability and corporate responsibility committee for the fast-food giant’s board, overseeing its climate, responsible sourcing and diversity, equity and inclusion goals.
