There is an old adage: The best time to plant a tree is 20 years ago. The second best time is now. Hindsight is always 20/20.

Over the years, I have witnessed many economic challenges. From my earliest memory, it started with the high interest rates of the 1970s and 1980s, the market bubble of 1987, the Savings and Loan Crises, Y2K, the dot-com bubble, the Great Recession and the pandemic.
