Louisville’s Celtic Pig opening downtown restaurant


A popular Louisville food truck will open a brick-and-mortar location in downtown Louisville this spring.

Melissa Ingram and Sam Bracken, owners of Celtic Pig BBQ food truck, confirmed their plans to launch a physical location on Friday.

Ingram and Bracken launched the Celtic Pig food truck about four years ago after they built what they call a "steampunk" smoker out of odds and ends for backyard barbecues. That morphed into the mobile business.
