Lower Merion School District to condemn two properties in Villanova


Lower Merion School District has voted to condemn two properties in Villanova – a 10.4-acre parcel at 1835 County Line Road and three acres at 1800 W. Montgomery Ave. – and spend a total of $12.92 million on acquiring them.
