Major Houston hospital system plans $250M Woodlands campus expansion


Memorial Hermann The Woodlands Medical Center is launching a $250 million expansion project that will add a new eight-floor tower.

The 332,510-square-foot South Tower will include new registration, waiting and observation areas; six new operating rooms; endoscopy services; a post-acute care unit; a conference center; a 36-bed patient care unit; an intensive care unit; three shelled floors for future patient growth; and other features, according to a Nov. 8 press release.
