Mass. Convention Center Authority re-bid fails to draw new developers


This spring, the agency relaunched a call for proposals to develop more than six acres of land near the South Boston convention center. But it revealed Tuesday that it ended up with the same two development teams it had started with. The lack of new competitors marks the latest twist in what has turned into one of Boston’s stranger development sagas in recent years.
