Nearly 500 Woodlands residents file flood-related lawsuit against developers, engineering firm


A lawsuit has been filed in Harris County district court over the design of a Woodlands neighborhood in the Tomball area that flooded during Hurricane Harvey.

Nearly 500 residents are plaintiffs in the suit against The Woodlands Land Development Company LP, Dallas-based The Howard Hughes Corp. (NYSE: HHC) and Houston-based LJA Engineering Inc.
