Newer office buildings in Chicago’s CBD fare better than other property types in leasing activity


While leasing activity overall remains well below the pre-pandemic average, the last 20 Class A office buildings built in the city's Central Business District greater than 300,000 square feet have been able to attract tenants at a much higher rate than other facilities.
