Commercial janitorial services company 4M Building Solutions said Wednesday it is acquiring Cranston, Rhode Island-based Heritage Healthcare Services, effective July 14.
Terms of the deal weren't disclosed. Heritage Healthcare Services provides housekeeping and laundry services to senior living and assisted living facilities, skilled nursing and rehab centers, long-term acute care hospitals and behavioral health facilities throughout the Northeast and Southeast, officials said.
