OneOncology to sell in deal valued at $2.1 billion


OneOncology has new owners.

The Nashville-based partnership of independent oncologists has been purchased by TPG Inc. and AmerisourceBergen Corp. in a deal valued at $2.1 billion, according to a news release.

OneOncology is comprised of 15 practices and 960 cancer care clinicians across 300 facilities nationwide. The group was founded in 2018 with a $200 million investment from Connecticut-based General Atlantic.
