Part of Take 5 Car Wash’s growth plans in Wichita hit speed bump

The Metropolitan Area Planning Commission voted unanimously against a request to update the Hanley Residential Community Unit Plan to permit a car wash where Take 5 had been planning a location at 2110 N. Webb Road.
