Phoenix council to discuss Kierland residential project at Wednesday meeting


After the city of Phoenix Planning Commission could not get the required quorum to vote on the proposal, a controversial project proposed near Scottsdale Road and Kierland Boulevard will head to the Phoenix City Council for consideration at its meeting Wednesday.

The development, proposed by DMB and Circle Road Cos., is planned to contain approximately 170 multifamily residential dwelling units, 210 hotel rooms and other commercial uses on 1.93 acres.
