Sam Fox, CEO and founder of Phoenix-based Fox Restaurant Concepts, appeared on CNBC Friday morning, explaining how his popular restaurant chains found success in the competitive food sector.
Fox, who was interviewed by "Squawk Box" anchors Becky Quick and Andrew Ross Sorkin, started off by talking about how he never planned to operate 10 restaurant concepts at a time, but he “caught the bug,” Fox said.
