Piedmont Animal Health sold to UK company Dechra Pharmaceuticals for $210 million in cash


Piedmont Animal Health, a Greensboro veterinary pharmaceutical company known for its soft-chew therapeutics, will be sold to Dechra Pharmaceuticals, a publicly traded veterinary pharmaceutical company based in England, for $210 million in cash.
