Popular bar near downtown reopens outdoor seating


A Springfield bar that had its outdoor seating area shut down by the city last month has reopened, the venue announced on social media Thursday.

The District, which known for its backyard patio and bottomless mimosas, was limited to indoor service following an inspection in December that led the Jacksonville fire marshal to issue violations.
