RCI Hospitality to buy Houston, DFW adult nightclubs for $66.5M, its second-largest deal ever

Houston-based nightclub and restaurant owner RCI Hospitality Holdings Inc. has inked its second-largest deal ever, acquiring five nightclubs in Houston and the Dallas-Fort Worth area.
