Realtors want titles cleared of racial covenants, pitch land bank for St. Louis County as part of diversity initiative

St. Louis' primary Realtors' association said it will work to clear titles of race-based covenants and create a land bank for St. Louis County, part of initiatives designed to address past racial discrimination in the real estate industry.
