Rose Street Patisserie has a second location in the works for St. Paul, across the street from O'Gara's Bar & Grill.
The patisserie is opening this summer at the corner of Selby Avenue and Snelling Avenue (171 Snelling Ave. N.), in a former Starbucks Corp. coffeeshop.
Rose Street, which was launched by owner and chef John Kraus in Linden Hills in 2016, serves pastries and desserts like croissants, muffins, tarts, cakes, macarons and eclairs. It also has selections like open sandwiches, baguettes,…
