Salad and Go wants to open more than 100 new stores in less than 18 months

Salad and Go currently has just under 60 locations in operation — the majority of which are in the Phoenix area, with two in Tucson, and 14 in the north Texas. The CEO wants to grow that footprint even more and quickly.
