Salata Salad Kitchen promotes exec to president


Michelle Bythewood was named the new president of Houston-based Salata Salad Kitchen, a fast-growing salad restaurant.

As president, Bythewood, who joined the company in August 2017, will oversee the management of operations, logistics, and creating, communicating and implementing the organization’s vision, mission and direction, according to a Jan. 15 press release.
