Sawyer Yards repurposes another warehouse into art studio


A First Ward arts district has added another creative warehouse to its 55-acre campus.

Sawyer Yards has opened Sabine Street Studios, a 48,000-square-foot building with 67 studio spaces for lease, according to a press release. It's located next door to Spring Street Studios at 1907 Sabine St., and it will open to the public on April 28 during Sawyer Yards’ Spring Biannual Art Stroll.
