SF Housing Authority says it ‘lost out on millions,’ sues private contractor for ‘mismanaged’ voucher program


The Housing Authority of the City and County of San Francisco is suing a private contractor that it says mismanaged its housing voucher program and caused the authority to lose out on “millions of dollars.”
