Some Valley office buildings need buyer ‘advantages’ to boost sales after 2023’s slow start


Though office sales in the Phoenix metro dropped precipitously in the first half of 2023, the local capital markets team at global real estate firm Newmark Group Inc. is tracking a number of deals that could come to fruition as the year progresses. Another 25 properties Newmark has identified, however, don't "have a good story" to tell.
