St. Louis private equity firm WILsquare Capital has acquired St. John, Michigan-Based Quest Solutions, a solutions provider that partners with insurance and fleet companies and offers a variety of services.
Terms of the deal were not disclosed. Quest provides emergency roadside services, glass management and claims reporting through a nationwide network of more than 40,000 tow providers and glass repair companies.
