Tellus Group executive worked his way into real estate — the hard way

André Ferrari of Tellus Group knew from a young age that he wanted a career in real estate. But making that aspiration a reality has taken some time. Ferrari, now the vice president of Transactions and general counsel for the Prosper-based real estate investment firm focused on residential development, immigrated to the United States from Bogota, Colombia, with his single mom when he was four years old. That early experience shaped Ferrari and proved to be a catalyst for his education and ultimately, his career.
