Tennis star Serena Williams sells home lot to Patrón tequila CEO


After winning 23 Grand Slam titles, tennis star Serena Williams has found that her stroke is just as effective in the real estate field after a recent $6 million sale in Jupiter.

A trust controlled by Williams sold a 2.4-acre home lot in the Bear’s Club neighborhood to Edward M. Brown and Ashely Brown. He’s the CEO of tequila maker Patrón Spirits.

The lot is just north of the home at 150 Bear’s Club Drive and it sits along the golf course designed by Jack Nicklaus.
