Tacos are on tap for the former Bruegger's Bagels shop in downtown Milwaukee.
A new counter-service eatery called The Angry Taco is in the works for the 2,500-square-foot space at 753 N. Water St., which has been vacant since the bagel chain closed in December 2016.
