This Columbus suburb is the easiest place to sell a home in Ohio, new study says


Central Ohio is home to three of the five easiest places to sell a house in the state, according to a new study from personal finance website SmartAsset.

The list, which is based on the number of days houses spend on the market prior to selling, is topped by Reynoldsburg, where homes take an average of 29.6 days on the market to sell.
