Twin Cities Largest Residential Homebuilders

Housing First Minnesota, a Twin Cities homebuilders association, surveyed the companies on this list for revenue and permits pulled. The association says each company verified those pieces of information to the best degree possible. All other information was researched by the Business Journal. Housing First Minnesota gathers data from homebuilders operating in the greater 16-county metro area, which includes Anoka, Carver, Chisago, Dakota, Hennepin, Isanti, McLeod, Mille Lacs, Ramsey, Scott, Sherburne, Sibley, Washington and Wright in Minnesota, and Pierce and St. Croix in Wisconsin. This year’s list has an updated metric called “attached units.” Attached units, according to Housing First Minnesota, includes town houses and multifamily units.
