Wawa eyes Nashville site for one of first Tennessee locations


Wawa is eyeing a suburban Nashville neighborhood for one of its first locations in Tennessee.

The Delaware County-based cult-followed convenience chain has proposed a location in Bellevue, a neighborhood roughly 20 minutes from downtown Nashville. The site is near the intersection of Highway 100 and Temple Road, according to an April 8 Facebook post by Metro Councilman Dave Rosenberg, who represents District 35.
