Westwood approves developers rezoning to add new office space, replace city park


Westwood moves closer to a double switch: A plan would build four three-story buildings atop a city park and put a new park at the site of a soon-to-be-former elementary school. The City Council approved rezoning the 7.6-acre site on Thursday.
