Where Downtown’s next ground-up luxury apartment tower stands 11 months from planned opening

As of this week, construction crews are working on the 16th of 26 floors within the Three Light luxury apartment tower. The Cordish Cos.' 288-unit building is scheduled for completion in September 2023.
