Woodbury could get hundreds more homes in plan from Maplewood Development


Maplewood Development is boosting its homebuilding plans in Woodbury, proposing 446 new units at a site near Dale Road and Pioneer Drive.

Finance & Commerce has a report on the 129-acre project, which had an environmental assessment worksheet published by the city earlier this week. (You can read the full EAW here.)

The location, which is currently used for crops and land for horses, could see 251 single-family homes, 144 townhome units and 51 villa lots, according to the plan.
