National Ice Cream Day may have passed, but you can still get free ice cream this week in Boston thanks to Friendly’s and Ben & Jerry’s.
On Wednesday, Friendly’s will host a pop-up shop at the Rings Fountain on the Rose Kennedy Greenway, where customers can choose between the Original Fudge Sundae Cup or the Reese’s Pieces Sundae Cup. The pop-up will be open from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. to celebrate both National Ice Cream Month and the Massachusetts-based restaurant's 83rd birthday.
