Bufford stepping down as president, CEO of Trilogy Health Services


More than 20 years after founding Trilogy Health Services LLC, Randy Bufford is stepping away from his roles as president and CEO.

Effective Oct. 1, he will transition to a more hands-off role with the company as chairman of Trilogy's board.

The company's chief operating officer, Leigh Ann Barney, will assume the CEO and president positions at that time, according to a news release.
