Say hello to Ohio Liquor – state rebranding its shops
State Liquor Agency is out, Ohio Liquor is in.
The latest step in the evolution of Ohio’s Division of Liquor Control is a rebranding of the business, so to speak. Starting in 2019, the new Ohio Liquor name and logo will be appearing at shops around the state.
“We view this as a gradual change that will take a few years to fully implement,” the state said in an e-mail.

New chefs named for The Catbird Seat
Nashville won’t have to wait long to meet the new chefs at The Catbird Seat, one of the city’s most well-regarded restaurants.
According to a news release, head chef Will Aghajanian and pastry chef Liz Johnson will take over the kitchen beginning in February.

William K. Busch Brewing Co.'s new brewery and distillery, to be built on Blue Heron Farm in Defiance, Missouri, is expected to be complete in spring 2020, company officials said Monday.
The St. Charles County Council in late November approved the development and construction of the project.

Nutella maker close to buying Campbell Soup segment for $2 billion
Nutella maker Ferrero is spreading its dough over to Campbell Soup Co.
The company, known for its hazelnut snack, is interested in buying Campbell's international business for what could be a $2 billion deal.

The annual James Beard Foundation Awards are extending their stay in Chicago.
