Mark Glen Auctions to host comprehensive restaurant auction
The owners of Loulen’s Restaurant in Kalihi are holding a comprehensive auction of their restaurant equipment on Saturday.
Mark Glen Auctions is handling the sale, which includes kitchen equipment like grills, a rotisserie oven, refrigerators, furniture and catering equipment.

Deschutes to delay construction on its Virginia brewery
Oregon's second-largest brewery will delay the planned start of work on a Virginia location.
The Roanoke Times reported that Deschutes Brewery won't go forward with a June 2019 construction start on its East Coast efforts. Altria, parent company of New York-based Philip Morris (NYSE: PM) and maker of Marlboro cigarettes, invested $2.4 billion into a Toronto medical and recreational marijuana company.

Longtime Montrose cafe known for brunch suffers fire, aims to reopen in 2019
Baba Yega Cafe, which occupies a converted bungalow in Montrose, suffered a fire the night of Dec. 7.
The restaurant, at 2607 Grant St., is closed for the time being, but the owners plan to reopen sometime in 2019, according to a statement from the company.
