Phoenix-based Sprouts Farmers Market said Thursday that it plans to open at Miramar Square, 12100 Miramar Parkway.

Nearly 140 workers will be hired to staff the store.

The chain, which specializes in natural and organic product, also said in September that it would open a store at Admirals Crossing in Jupiter as part of its expansion across the Sunshine State. It previously announced plans for stores in Deerfield Beach and Wellington but did not reveal when they would open for business.

A grant from the Wisconsin Economic Development Corporation will assist the redevelopment of a former train depot in Brookfield into a coffee shop and café.

The $250,000 community development investment grant will help relocate an 1860s train depot in the historic Village Area. The depot is considered the second-oldest building in Brookfield and will be moved across the street.

It will become a new store for Fiddleheads coffee shop and café, which has six wholesale and retail coffee business…
