An advisory vote on compensation at the company’s annual meeting on May 19 failed to win approval of the majority of shareholders, according to a report HCI (NYSE: HCI) filed with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission late Tuesday.

Missouri: Aetna-Humana merger would be unhealthy for competition
Missouri became the first state to object to the $37 billion merger of Aetna Inc. and Humana Inc. when regulators issued an order late Tuesday finding the deal anticompetitive.
