The Connor Group, a national real estate investment firm based in Miamisburg, has made a sale of a Georgia apartment complex for over $40 million.

The group sold its Parkside at Town Center, a 234-unit luxury apartment complex in Marietta, Georgia, for $41.3 million. This marks the company's 128th property sold in 25 years of business.

Home sales on Maui rose by more than 20 percent last month, compared to last year, while the median price of a condominium in July rose by nearly 17 percent, according to statistics from the Realtors Association of Maui.

The median price of a condominium on Maui in July was $513,163, which was an increase of 16.6 percent from $440,000 in the same month last year. That was based on sales of 136 units, which was 34.7 percent more than the 101 units that sold in July 2017.
