San Francisco office rents climb for the first time in two years
For the first time in more than two years, San Francisco office rents creeped up by 2.2 percent to about $76.28 per square foot during the second quarter, according to brokerage firm JLL.

Lennar Homes acquired a 32.2-acre site near Homestead for $9.5 million with plans to build a townhouse community and some commercial space.

Aldi to open store at Gravois Plaza shopping center in Tower Grove South
Discount grocery chain Aldi Inc. has confirmed plans to open a store at Gravois Plaza in Tower Grove South.
The company said Friday that it will open a new location at 3865 Gravois Ave. to replace the current Aldi store located at 3721 S. Grand Blvd. Aldi did not provide further information on the new store.
