St. Louis-based urban developer McCormack Baron Salazar said on Tuesday that it’s added a handful of executives to its development team.
One of the new hires is Trace Shaughnessy, a previous Business Journal 40 under 40 honoree and co-founder of Gilded Age, the original redeveloper of the old city hospital in St. Louis. Hearn Co. acquired the 25-story high-rise at 10 W. Broad St. for an undisclosed price last year and took out a $30 million loan in part to refresh the 407,000-square-foot building's common areas.

After ranking Olathe as the top city where millennials are buying homes, SmartAsset has revealed that Overland Park ranks No. 14 out of the top 25 cities where millennials are moving. In 2016, 8,015 millennials moved to Overland Park while 3,916 moved out — a net migration of 4,099 people.
