Luxury home sales see strong 2018 start (PHOTOS)
Lyon Real Estate saw luxury home sales in the Sacramento region as doubling in the first quarter of 2018 over the same period a year earlier. San Antonio-based USAA Real Estate Co. is partnering with Los Angeles-based developer Lowe on a plan to transform at least part of a 1980s office complex in Alexandria, Virgina, into a 400-unit residential development.

The historic property in Phoenix sold to a New York firm for $403 million. The deal closed April 20, reports the Republic.
