Lyon Real Estate saw luxury home sales in the Sacramento region as doubling in the first quarter of 2018 over the same period a year earlier. 1. In January through March of this year, 243 luxury homes became new pending sales, a figure that was also the highest of any quarter in over a decade, according to Lyon.
