RealPage Inc. (Nasdaq: RP) is growing its electronic payment platform with a $218.5 million purchase of ClickPay.

Wealthy widow sells Palm Beach oceanfront mansion for $37M
A trust in the name of Mary M. Montgomery, the widow of a wealthy attorney, sold a mansion that spans from the ocean to the Intracoastal Waterway in Palm Beach for $37.38 million.
Hilda Santana and executives from Northern Trust Bank signed the deed for 1800 S. Ocean Blvd. on behalf of Montgomery’s trust. The 26,351-square-foot mansion was sold to 1800 South Ocean LLC, managed by West Palm Beach attorney Maura Ziska. It is not clear who ultimately owns that LLC.
