Nine development teams are chasing an opportunity to rehabilitate up to 22 historic buildings at Fort Scott, a sprawling campus tucked into the northwest corner of the Presidio with expansive views of the Golden Gate Bridge and Pacific Ocean. The site is the largest redevelopment opportunity left within the national park.
