Locust Point residents upset after zoning board delays hearing on nine-story building near Domino Sugar

A hearing over a zoning change for a nine-story mixed-use development in Locust Point was postponed Tuesday at City Hall, upsetting residents of the South Baltimore peninsula who came to protest the project.

About 30 residents walked out of the hearing room disappointed and angry after the Baltimore City Board of Municipal and Zoning Appeals delayed the discussion on a proposed nine-story office and apartment development on Woodall Street near the Domino Sugar plant.
