Scottsdale entrepreneur selling 2 ranches for $50M as package deal


At 81, Morton Fleischer, founder and chairman of Store Capital Corp., is ready to downsize his home life.

He and wife Donna have put their Arizona and Montana ranches on the sale block, listing them as a package deal for $50 million.
